Speaker - Constance An, Improvement & Performance Manager for Ericsson Inc
Constance An's passion is leading and driving improvement initiatives that bring about great and lasting change for large and complex global companies. The more challenging the change is, the more exciting the initiative becomes for her. In her experience with large and disruptive changes, you often have to lead change when the environment and organization itself is change fatigued. Constance will be speaking on the root causes of organizational change fatigue and how to get your changes back on track for true and lasting transformation.
Constance is the Improvement & Performance Manager for Ericsson Inc., a telecommunications company that provides communication and network equipment, software, and services for network and business operations. She has 25 years of professional experience including consulting, continuous improvement, customer program management, construction project management, ISO/TL9000 compliance, and customer satisfaction programs.
Constance An is a certified Change Manager & Train the Trainer (Prosci) as well as certified Six Sigma Black Belt. She received her Master's degree from UT Dallas and her bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UT Arlington.
