👤 About the Author

Jeff Leimbach has spent over 30 years on the floor and in the purchasing office of American manufacturing. Working as a machine operator, furnace technician, punch press operator, CNC machinist and working his way through material management , quality, and senior procurement. That path took him through various companies, experiences that reshaped how he sees supply chains: not as spreadsheets and lead times, but as fragile networks of trust, tacit knowledge, and relationships that get quietly hollowed out until they break. In Broken Supply Chains, he draws on three decades of floor-level experience to name what’s actually happening inside American manufacturing, and what it will take to rebuild it.

Don’t miss this chance to gain practical supply chain insights, connect with the author, and earn CEUs—all in one engaging session.
