Bio:

With over 20 years of global corporate leadership experience ranging from Silicon Valley to 12 different countries, Brian Williams brings a new perspective to the business of Communications Training. He discovered that ineffective communication skills, and the problems with traditional presentations, cut across country borders and nationalities, so he wanted to give all speakers a new perspective when he started Perspectivity. He uses his years of corporate and global experience to bring depth and professional insight to the communication skills he enthusiastically teaches today.

He has worked with organizations such as Cisco, AT&T, Gatorade, the NFL, and a private company that only serves those on Forbes 400 richest people in the world.

With his experience in the Toastmasters World Semi-Finals of Public Speaking to further broaden his business expertise, Brian developed a Proprietary 6-step Design and Delivery System to help speakers learn to confidently design and deliver communication and presentations based on the science of the Adult Learning Principles. He has used this system to teach people across industries and at all levels. Seasoned executives to professional athletes have found greater success in their communication and presentation skills as they have applied this System. With his degree in Computer Science, and his professional background as an engineer, Brian has shown other technically trained individuals how to successfully transition their presentations from techno-speak to one of an effective and polished professional.

Brian lives in Dallas with his wife of 20 years and 4 children, a turtle, hamster, golden doodle, and 2 Great Horned Owls that frequently visit.  Brian is an avid runner, an amateur photographer, and enjoys international travel.
