Diane Palmer-Boeck, CPPO, PPMC, has over three decades of experience in public procurement, including a notable stint with the US Army (civilian) and 28 years in municipal procurement. As the Director of Procurement and Project Management for the City of Plano, she oversaw multiple divisions, driving excellence and innovation. 

Her governance roles include past Presidency and Board service at the National Purchasing Institute, contributions to the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, and participation in the NIGP Leadership Development Committee.

Under her leadership, Plano has consistently garnered The Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award since 1995, and her professional dedication was honored with the Carlton N. Parker Award in 2016.
