Caroline Burgreen is currently responsible for the 24/7 site operation of Amazon’s first-ever robotic sortable fulfillment center – DFW7, located in Haslet, Texas. As the Assistant General Manager, Caroline leads more than 3,000 associates and salaried leaders, working alongside miles of conveyance and thousands of robots. Caroline began her Amazon career in 2015 as a front-line Area Manager and worked her way up through diverse and dynamic roles over the past 8 years. Not only does Caroline lead a top-performing building, she is also passionate about leading projects surrounding Process Improvement and the development of talent across Amazon. Prior to joining Amazon, Caroline earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, followed by her Master’s degree in Management from Southern Methodist University. While she is not working, Caroline enjoys doing yoga, arranging flowers, and trying new restaurants in Dallas.
