David Catlett is President and Founder of Trafero Solutions, Inc., anorganizational culture assessment and transformation group based in Dallas,Texas. Trafero Solutions specializes in using science-based approaches and tools to measure, analyze and enhance workplace culture as a pathway to ransforming organizational performance. Key to their success is facilitating leaders in understanding, designing, and implementing cultural enhancementson both the small and grand scales.

Previous to founding Trafero Solutions, Dave built two independent consultancies, Transformative Research and BizGrowth Associates. In thisrole, he spearheaded teams that provided a range of business developmentand marketing research services to the aerospace and defense sector.

Dave has 18 years of industry leadership experience, having performed bothas an owner of privately-held companies and in progressively higher levels ofresponsibility with L-3 Communications, a Fortune 500 company. While at L-3 Communications, Dave served as their Director of Marketing, Senior Directorof Marketing Research and Strategy, and as Vice President of Advanced Programs.

Prior to working in industry, Dave had a 22-year career as a non-commissionedofficer in the US Air Force. During his military career, he trained, supervisedand led technicians in the operation and maintenance of complex electronics equipment and aircraft systems. He served in numerous domestic and international assignments, to include England, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain,

Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Iceland. Dave enjoyed a very rewarding military career, achieving the rank of Chief Master Sergeant—the highest rank attainable for US Air Force enlisted personnel and finishing in their top 1%.

Dave’s formal education includes a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Saint Leo College, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) witha focus in Executive Leadership from William Carey College, and both aMaster’s of Science in Marketing Research (MSMR) and a Doctorate inBusiness Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. Dave’s PhD research focused on integrating Marketing and Organizational Psychology toguide organizations in achieving their own unique marketing-focused culture.This research is the basis for Trafero Solutions’ current flagship offering of a Market-Focused Index for organizational assessment and development.
